"Someone has put some serious money and love into renovating this hotel. The rooms were beautiful! The new wood flooring was sooo nice looking, comfy beds, clean bathrooms, ac worked great, nice new light-blocking shades that pulled down with a chain, huge beautiful circle mirror in the bathroom. We didn’t have an iron in the room but we hung up the graduation gown and used a hair dryer to release the wrinkles so it worked fine. The bathtub stopper wouldn’t close for us, I asked the front desk lady for help and she came right over and got it to work just fine. The breakfast was great… I didn’t expect there to be bacon, but there were scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage gravy, waffles, biscuits, muffins, bagels, cereals, no juice or milk but they did sell some in the fridge/market. They had a lot of jelly flavors, cream cheese, syrup, butter… plenty of everything. Absolutely a GREAT experience. I work at a hotel so I was going in with a mental list of things to look for, but not one single thing was out of place. It was a PERFECT stay!!! Would definitely stay there again!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"I have never stayed at a hotel this dirty, especially a Choice Hotel. First of all I posed for a king size room and was given a double bed room. The room was absolutely disgusting- stains on the blankets, dirty floors, Stan’s on the wall in bathroom, TV didn’t work, the vent had been covered with duct tape and it smelled like moth balls. I would not walk without shoes on. Had it not been after midnight when we arrived I would have left. I will be calling corporate to share the photos I took. "

"A very nice little gem nestled in the heart of Blackstone. The rooms were clean and the staff were very responsive when called upon. We were not offered a hot breakfast, in which we were a little disappointed, but if you're looking for a peaceful night or two on a comfortable bed just outside of the local restaurants, then we highly recommend this Inn. ."

"Property was as described. Very clean inside and out ( no pollen on outside furniture) and nicely decorated with a fox theme. Cottage well laid out with a good use of space. Well supplied with anything you may need. Good assortment of spices, teas and coffees. Even had ziplock bags and plastic food storage containers. Plenty of towels and extra blankets. Beds very comfortable. Even had puzzles, games, DVD"s and records. Great selection of dishes and pots and pans. Walking distance to High Bridge State Park. Would definitely stay here again. "The house is larger than it appears in the photos and has everything you would need. We were in town for our daughter's wedding and we filled the house with the Bridal party and our family. There is soo much character everywhere in the house. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were large, the kitchen had every amenity I could ask for. Our POC for the house, Megan, was soo accommodating. The wedding date shifted by 2 months when the military had other plans for her fiancé, and we were allowed to shift our reservation without extra cost. Then we wanted to come in a day early to get ready, so she let us add a day. At the end the wedding wrap up ended late and we asked for late check out, which she again granted. It was a wonderful stay and I'd stay here again, but maybe without the pressures of wedding next time."

"We really enjoyed our stay in this adorable house! We really liked the open wall-mounted clothing racks and the open room/kitchen design. We were staying for wedding close by and the open clothing racks in the bedrooms were perfect and convenient!The house was very clean. The hostess was quick to respond to a question and access was easy. Highly recommend!"
