8.6/10 Excellent! (442 reviews)
Rooms were clean and okay sized for the price. Buffet breakfast had many options and the views were fantastic. The main annoying aspect was the lifts - the building has too many floors to be serviced by 4 lifts. It was quite difficult at times to get up and down. My feedback would be to adjust the lifts so they're dedicated to specific set of floors

"This hotel has been given its reputation purely due to a lack of adequate competition in Jaffna. The rooms and bathrooms are clean, modern and the grounds are well kept, but that's where the positives stop. The hospitality is either not present or forced, not a resemblance of true Tamil heritage. ..."
