Really nice property, felt safe, nice staff, nice rooms, near Tanger Outlet and restaurants. My family had a great time. My only issue is the cleanliness. I had an issue in one room and was easily switched to another by an accommodating staff but the second room was also lacking in cleanliness. Really nice hotel, hot breakfast, it was just the cleaning.

Property didn't have room type we reserved via Expedia. Refused to upgrade even with offer to pay more. Also claimed hotel was completely booked. We checked out and left to find another hotel (ended up driving an hour and a half) Assistant manager was extremely rude and unhelpful.

We booked in a hurry due to a cancelled flight. Went into our room, which looked very worn but smelled clean. I checked the mattresses and found signs of bedbugs. Staff gave us another room across the hotel, where the lights didn't work and the pull out mattress was alarmingly stained red. I refused this room as well and cancelled the reservation. The staff tried to be accommodating and were very nice, but I wouldn't consider returning.

Lost water first day. Had a funeral to attend. Couldn’t find another hotel to take us in that early in day. Breakfast was just average . To top it off , had 2 pair of glasses ( one prescription), other sun). Stolen from our room. Unbelievable…. Was told I would get a rebate or refund. Still waiting on that .. prob won’t get it ..

I would steer away from this hotel. They sneaked a charge to cover the whole night on top of what I paid through hotels.com, so ended up paying the same rate twice. Took me multiple days and multiple calls and I have yet to resolve the issue. They didn't even disclose the extra charging, I had to find it myself on my bank account statement.

The room wasn't cleaned properly. There was a dirty washcloth in the bathroom and half of a sub in the refrigerator. Also, without telling me, they automatically put a $20 hold on my VISA for incidentals which still hasn't cleared. For the high price that I paid, this was unnecessary. Go someplace else. There are a lot of choices around there.

No Hot Water Uncomfortable Pullouts Dirty
Stayed in the 2 queen suite with pullout on two separate nights during our two week trip and both rooms had Luke warm to cold water in the shower and uncomfortable pullouts. 1 room was dirty, hair in the shower, and dishes left in the dishwasher. Both rooms couch cushions were covered in stains. Breakfast was good though, so you take the good with the bad on this one.

The rooms with full kitchen were spacious and in great condition. The lobby and facility were updated and nice. It was quiet. The only minuses were the location of the air vents which blew air on our faces all night long and it would be nice to have another bathroom sink outside the bathroom. It was hard to have 5 people getting ready in the morning at the same time.

Room had torn up chairs and stained lamp, definitely could tell that the furniture was worn out. Outside area for guests to eat was disgusting. Not many options for breakfast. Paid for the room in advance and was asked to put a card on file with no explanation. When I asked why, said it was for incidentals. Should definitely tell customers why you need their card when they’ve already paid for their room. No one was at the front desk to greet guests when they walked in during arrival. Definitely not the same experience I previously had with this hotel and probably won’t be staying there again.

Overall liked the room. But, didn't like the shower because it only had a partition that left a opening that wasn't covered with a curtain causing cold air to get in and water to get out. Description says had Netflix and a smart tv but only had regular cable.

Dust so thick that it is clearly visible at a quick glance, hairs, dirty couch, bugs in kitchen, fitness equipment broken and rusty, pool closed, limited breakfast that was not accurate according to hotel pictures, misleading. No staff at front counter upon check out.
