"What an absolutely fabulous place. Truly a place that overdelivers in all aspects!We held a small 25 person wedding here and it was absolutely incredible.Communication: Clay will provide more information than you could possibly need. You will likely not need to reach out for anything.Location: Private road. Private lake. Long secluded driveway. It is incredibly quiet and peaceful. You are completely secluded, and yet only 3 mins away from crosslake where they have a grocery store, shops, gas, and places to eat. 38 min drive from Brainerd.Sleeping: There are actually 8 bedrooms, 5 of which are on a separate wing away from main gathering areas. They have places set up for kids to play, and all bedrooms are spacious. The master bedroom is stunning.Amenities: Almost everything in this house is high quality. Wolf appliances for cooking, double oven and large stove for cooking for large groups. Extremely spacious. We had 25 people and nobody felt crowded.Outdoor: They have a massive back yard, patio area, and sandy beach with a dock. The beach into water area is large and very gradual. Great for kids or water activities. Perhaps the best part about this home is the covered walkway patio area. This area is huge and directly connected to the kitchen, has patio furniture and a fireplace. An absolutely wonderful place should you need to pivot if weather turns bad. I have stayed at many VRBO properties and this one ranks at the top of the list!"

Charming 2-bedroom lake cabin in lovely Pequot Lakes

"If a person can't relax in this cabin and its surrounding environment, they may need to examine a few things in their life :) It is quiet, secluded peace in a beautiful setting, and I'm so glad I (and my dog) got to experience it on our visit to Minnesota. We were lucky enough to see deer on one of our walks in the woods and also a heron fishing in reeds right outside the cabin, a huge owl, and a beaver waddling along on the grass on its way back to the creek. Plus many, many birds including haunting loon calls.The cabin was clean with a very comfortable king-sized bed. We had every necessity we wanted and were very happy in our seclusion. I felt like I was in my own private world, and it was exactly what I needed. The short drive to Crosslake for a pickup order at Pine Peaks was very pretty (good food too). Nathan is a great host and my messages were answered very quickly. This would also be a great place for a family to stay! I loved being in this space! My only regret was I didn't have time to enjoy my "forget the real world" life for a bit longer. Guess I will have to go back - maybe in the autumn when the woods will be gorgeous :)"
