All the male staff is very friendly and so nice. The front desk female workers doesnt seem like her jobs. Even the security at front door really nice and doing great customer service. The front desk wont tell you about your buffet if you dont ask and no information about it at all.

This isn’t my 1st time staying in Aston ptk.. but this time I had unpleasant experience with one of the front desk staff. I was passing by the front desk with my friends and this staff was abruptly asking me to settle my bills. I wasn’t asked to pay during check in & I wasn’t thinking much about it.. thought that I will clear the bills during check out. However, if there’s a need to remind the guess, shouldn’t it be done in discreet? This is not professional service staff should behaved. I will appreciate if you may want to re trained your service staff to be more tactful & polite. Thank you.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und (zumindest zum sehr großen Teil) auch sehr aufmerksam. Selbst mit dem Frühstück kann man als Europäer recht zufrieden sein, da es neben den lokalen "Klassikern" auch eine für meinen Geschmack ausreichende Auswahl an Speisen gibt. Ich konnte auch den Küchenchef kennenlerne (der im Übrigen auch sehr freundlich und offen war), der mir sagte das man dort auch gerne bereit sei spezielle Wünsche (natürlich mit Voranmeldung und nach Möglichkeit) zu erfüllen (hab ich einmal auch ausprobiert und hat wirklich sehr gut geklappt). Der einzige Punkt der wirklich nicht schön war, war dass wir ein Zimmer ohne (!) irgend ein Fenster oder sonstigen Blick nach draußen hatten. Das Gebäude war wohl ursprünglich als Mall gebaut / konzipiert. Wem das nichts aus macht, wäre wohl zufrieden gewesen, denn das Zimmer war sauber und besonders für den günstigen Preis recht groß. Wir werden dort sicher wieder buchen, aber dann darauf achten, dass wir ein Zimmer mit irgendeinem Blick nach draußen bekommen.

Good hotel but needs renovations

Hotel is generally good but bathroom shower and floor conditions need renovations. Drake the in showers in unprofessional and leaked and watercfrom shower accumulated near the toilet and could not go through drain due to slope away from the drain. There ya a karaoke bar that plays very loud music and bass till 4 am. Do forget about comfortable sleeping if you are a light sleeper.

Not 4 Stars definitely

Bed Linens looked as though never been changed. Had that sleep in look and feel. Towels were thin and discoloured. Internal Fittings fallen apart. Dirty Couch. A study chair that was unsteady and would fall back every time it moved. Checked in and checked out within 2 hours. Stayed elsewhere for rest of our visit.

Прекрасный отель.чистый и уютный.номер просторный,есть холодильник и чайник.персонал очень дружелюбный.были проблемы с банкоматом,персонал быстро решил эту проблему.съездили в банк,объяснили ситуацию(потому что в банке никто не говорил по английски).завтраки вкусные.жаль что бассейн был закрыт.

Spacious and great location but rooms are worn.

I had great expectation of the hotel as we hosted our wedding there 6 years ago. However, the rooms are dirty, outdated and worn. Shower are dirty and clogged. It is a shame that the rooms are not well maintained. In my room, it seems that under the bed are never cleaned and there are accumulation of dust and rubbish there.
