A below average property. Busted things in my room, such as the safe and the shower surround. It is disappointing when you spend hard earned money and expect nice surroundings with the Hilton brand. A cheap property owner.

Omni Providence Hotel
Having to pay for WiFi in this day and age is a bit of a Netscape /pets.com era policy and Omni could be a little more better about that. And the 187 times I signed up for the “free for members” WiFi was useless since it never worked

The Underwood-Hale House
Very clean, well-lit and well furnished. Proximity to Brown’s campus is a huge bonus.

Dog Friendly Cottages w/ easy access to Newport, beaches, trails and vineyards
Lovely cottage, great location. Very clean and well appointed. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

Nautical, romantic suite w/deck overlooking Warwick Neck Cove, pet-friendly!
The room and bathroom were very clean. There was homemade cinnamon apple bread and fresh fruit in the room when we arrived. The deck was nice and you could see the water and marina. We used the hot tub a couple times and it felt great. We also talked to our host, Cindy, a few times, she was awesome ...
