Incredible staff who could not be more helpful with assistance regarding things to see and do, dining options and arrangements for transportation. Breakfast was great and room was very comfortable!

This was a great property. I would suggest that guests are offered an adapter plug while checking instead of needing to ask for one.

A great place to stay in the centre of Alta Bergamo. Friendly staff, a nice breakfast and comfortable room with a nice view

absolutely love the service provided by this hotel. Appreciate the excellent standards in communication and staffs were very helpful in coordinating transfer to/from property. The property itself sits above the hill of the beautiful cita alta, which offers stunning view to the city. The ground is very green and serene, overall offers a great retreat.

Lovely boutique hotel, great location in old town. Take Bus 1 - Citta alter opposite the railway station. Would definitely stay there again.

We had a ak here. Everything was first class and a nice twist - a cake for my birthday! Really good attention to detail. We will be back.

Close to the airport, shuttle service, clean, confortabil and convenient

Excellent location friendly staff

Lovely hotel 🏨 in a nice ice part of town. Friendly helpful staff.

Very helpful staff, assisted us with a brief overnight stay from a late flight, and taxi to get back to the airport the next day. Lovely spacious rooms, comfortable bed, excellent all round.

Better than expected, good staff, a bit worn in many places but still very servicable - probably quite plush in an earlier time. Brilliant breakfast makes it a winner.
