Oceanfront Living
The main living area opens to a 60-foot oceanfront balcony - a defining feature of the home and a natural extension of your time indoors. Comfortable seating and an HDTV create a relaxed space for group moments after a day by the water, while the open layout keeps everyone connected. From here, the indoor-outdoor flow makes it simple to step out and take in the views whenever you like.

Kitchen & Dining
A full kitchen supports everything from quick breakfasts to shared dinners, with ample space to cook and gather. Two dining tables each seat 8, and the breakfast bar seats 4, offering flexible options for meals and conversation. The home includes a dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, and refrigerator, along with barbecue utensils for grilling.

Sleeping Arrangements
Sea Haven sleeps up to 12 guests across 5 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, thoughtfully arranged over three floors.

On the third floor, three ocean-facing bedrooms offer direct balcony access. The primary king suite includes an ensuite bathroom, while two queen bedrooms share a hallway bath.

The ground level features a spacious bunkroom with two full-over-twin bunks, pull-out trundles, and a cozy wraparound sofa, creating a comfortable hangout space for younger guests. A separate king bedroom on this level provides an additional quiet retreat. A full bathroom nearby offers convenient access when coming in from the beach.

Outdoor Living & Beach Access
The beachfront deck and patio or balcony spaces invite you to spend time outside with the ocean always in view. A private access path leads directly to the sand for beach walks, swimming, or simply enjoying the waterfront setting right outside your door.

Convenience & Comfort
The home includes air conditioning, ceiling fans, heating, WiFi, and a dedicated workspace for those blending rest with remote work. Washer and dryer access makes longer stays easy, and free driveway parking for up to 3 vehicles is available on the premises. Self check-in with a keypad allows for a smooth arrival.

Sea Haven is an oceanfront home designed for family vacations and group getaways, offering space, comfort, and a setting that keeps the coast close at every moment.
