"Horrible communication. Took hours to get the check in info because the system was down to register and did not receive until after an hour spent looking for the place. Arrived to an uncleaned apartment with all of the beds used, food/pans on the stove and garbage in the front entry way that stunk. Asked for a refund and was told I had to go through hotels.com which meant another hour in the phone. Still have not been refunded my tourist taxes despite repeatably asking. Had to drive another hour...

"The hotel is clean and spacious with free onsite parking. We arrived in the evening and was unable to have access to water and coffee because the door was locked, which isn't a big deal. We enjoyed breakfast with ham and cheese and panino machine. I wish we could lock the door from the outside our room."

"We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was very helpful and polite. The room was clean and updated. Breakfast was included and was top notch each morning. They also put out snacks in the afternoon which we enjoyed after our sightseeing. It's in a good location with several nice restaurants close by for dinner, two grocery stores within walking distance, and easy car parking. We'd go back in a heartbeat."

"I really enjoyed the style of this place. The clean stainless steel, wood, and glass made for an elegant European aesthetic. My room was tiny but functional and well designed. The staff were friendly and very helpful. My only complaints were that the room was stuffy and the to-go breakfast was just packaged, processed, dry food. The location was excellent; near the gas station and market, and easy walking distance to the pizza joint. I would stay here again."

"Great location 4min away from the bus stop for Cortina, which is also facing the stop Cortina Express and Flixbus use (to get to Venice airport). Pretty central location, it is about 10-15min walk from the beautiful San Vito lake. Room was cleaned everyday. Great breakfast. Staff were super helpful and friendly, shout out to Giorgio."
