One young man at the desk helped me retrieve my cellphone that I left in an Uber by contacting Uber help and translated for me.
Overall a most comfortable stay and friendly staff.

Super clean room, there’s filtered water you could fill up the glass water bottle provided by the hotel. The bed is comfy. Can’t beat the location, only 5 mins walk to the Louvre.

"The rooms are small, poor my cleaned, no AC, the bathroom is extremely tight and the beds are terrible. Staff is rude and not helpful. Our stay was extremely uncomfortable would never classify as a 4 star hotel and the price was outrageous for the poor experience we had at our stay"
