On Level 0, you'll find a spacious garage, a complete bathroom with shower, a laundry room, an outdoor clothesline and a hanging garden.
Going up to Floor 1, the spacious living room welcomes you, in open-space, together with the kitchen area, two perfect environments for socializing and cooking delicious meals together. This floor also has a full bathroom for added convenience. The outdoor living area, together with the lounge by the private pool, is the ideal place to enjoy the good weather that this location enjoys throughout the year.
Floor 2 offers a touch of luxury with a shared full bathroom, a master bedroom that includes a walk-in closet, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom with built-in closets.
In addition to the comfort and elegance of this villa, the unobstructed views provide a relaxing setting.

AREA
Villa located in the southwest of the island, in the municipality of Ponta do Sol. Property close to the center of Ponta do Sol, with easy access to local restaurants, beaches, stores and other essential services. It is also close to levadas and picturesque beaches.
In the municipality of Ribeira Brava, which is a 10-minute drive from the property, you'll find supermarkets, restaurants, bars, the beach, a market, the Ethnographic Museum and some local shops.
The airport is a 40-minute drive away and the city of Funchal is 20 minutes away.

GETTING AROUND
The best option to get to the property will be the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It is cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport.
If you rent a car, any navigation app can easily find the address.
There is a bus stop 2 minutes walk from the apartment.

ACCESS TO PROPERTY
You have access to all areas of the property.

INTERACTION
We are always available to help or answer questions. We do our best to reply all requests. We also have an app for guests with all the important information about the property and other useful information for your stay.

OTHER OBSERVATIONS
- According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (passport or identity card).
- Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team.
- All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request. There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property.

ATTENTION
Please be advised that a Tourist Fee will be charged to all persons staying overnight in the municipality of Ponta do Sol. Thus, all customers staying in tourist resorts and/or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged €2.00 per person/night, up to a maximum of 7 nights and a maximum of €14.00 per person/stay. When you arrive, you will receive a link to pay this municipal tax.
