"Thid was a really great hotel in the heart of Ponta Delgada. Breakfast was tasty and fresh. Very easy to get to and plenty of options for dining close by. Appreciated that we were right across from the marina. The only negative really was specific to us in that they could not turn on the air conditioning for us in March. Therefore the room was warm. Opening the windows, fix this, but there was some smells of food cooking from the restaurants at street level. This would not keep me from staying at the hotel again. "

Great service, great shopping, taxis on site, even a water taxi to get to the island! People and service are outstanding! You can choose various all inclusive packages- drinks only or breakfast only etc. Was not crowded. Beautiful beaches, lagoons, cabanas, umbrella huts and lounges everywhere. Flamingos and iguanas on private island! Must stay! "
