Quiet country side small hotel very close to Ponta Delgado and convenient for driving anywhere in the island. Great location! Spacious, beautifully designed, comfortable unit with fully equipped kitchen. Clean, well-lit. Has a nice shower, good internet and powerful AC. Felt like a private villa with a big saltwater pool. . Paolo, the manager, was very helpful providing information about the amenities in the unit and the surroundings. All in all could not be better.

Stayed in Villa 3 with a few of the ocean . The access to the fruits and vegetables in the garden made our meals even better. So fresh . The bed was very comfortable. The manager was very attentive if we had any questions. The information document on what to do and where to eat made choosing our activities much easier . Thank you . Recommend 100%

10/10 recommend staying here! The property manager was highly communicative, friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for being close to Ponta Delgada and also being able to easily access the rest of the island. I would highly recommend renting a car, and parking was easy on the property. We loved that there’s a farm on the property - it was so unique and special. We will definitely stay here again when we come back!

The place was fantastic, gorgeous and awesome. Location was great, just in the suburbs of Ponta Delgado. The accommodations were superb, we stayed in the family villa with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms... each bedroom was on opposite ends, and there was doors subdividing the area, for extra privacy. Very nice. The owner Paulo and caretaker Claudio were very helpful and friendly. Vinnie the big pup was a big lovable doofus. If we are able to make it back to the Azores again, we would try to stay here again, without hesitation.

Peaceful and beautiful. A garden filled with fresh veggies - we made salad and sautéed leeks and zucchini with our pasta for dinner. Spacious and private. The housekeeping folks were amazing - cleaning each day, leaving fresh towels. It was an oasis each evening after a long day of hiking and adventure! 5 minute drive to Ponta Delgada

The best hotel experience I have ever had. The Villa was absolutely spectacular. It was clean and spacious well thought out and very peaceful. Every morning I enjoyed the coffee and bread that were provided for me as well as fresh milk and fresh orange juice which were also provided in the Villa. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was absolutely wonderful. Strong water pressure. I kept the door open during the day when I was there and the wonderful clean Azorean air felt great. The property is absolutely beautiful with the pool and orange Grove as well as a banana plantation. Vinny the dog always made me feel welcome and the host was very warm. He brought me a pastry to thank me for staying there. I cannot recommend this place enough.

If you are looking for the perfect place to stay, you shouldn’t doubt about this place!!!! This place is awesome! They have this small cozy green house where you can see organic little vegetables that you can freely use. There is small cute swimming pool as well ( it was cold season so we didn’t use it ) ppl r super kind and nice. They clean room every day:) Also you can use laundry for free as well that they already have a detergent and softener! We went there for my boyfriend’s 40th birthday vacation. And they offered a birthday wine and traditional cookies as well! What a sweet gift!!! It was perfect vacation for us. Also close from the airport as well as town!!! It’s 10!!! You can trust me!!! Only thing, I wish they can improve was door knob(bathroom door knob was keep taking off whenever we open the door). Ah, They didn’t have pepper, salt, olive oil those things so you need to prepare if you want any simple salad. Also shampoo or treatments would be nice to take with you!!

We were very pleased with our accommodations. The unit was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. The grounds were beautiful and Vinnie the dog was a welcoming greeter. 🙂 We would highly recommend this place to anyone staying on Sao Miguel.

I couldn't have asked for a better stay! The property was beautiful, the room was decorated impeccably, and the staff was so friendly. Paulo Roberto went above and beyond and even helped me after our stay was complete. I especially loved the little treats they left for us on our last day. I would recommend this property to anyone visiting the Azores.

Compound Garden Stay

Our overall stay was pleasant and peaceful. The kitchen and bathroom areas are lighted more for mood then function in the Villas. As a side note, it required some hunting around before we found the main living area AC unit control, its was hidden behind the decorative arch way in our villa. (noticed a couple other villas had there doors and windows propped open for air flow)

The villa was exceptional, beautiful and clean. The kitchen had everything you could want and the bedrooms were a great size. The geounds and pool aree beautiful and they have a garden where you can pick fresh strawberries, lettuce and more. Huge thank you to Paolo the property manager. He gave us an entire itinerary for our stay, recommended fantastic sightseeing and food options and was so incredibly kind. We will definitely go back and recommend to anyone who is heading to the Azores. The location is also perfect for getting around.

Eine rundum tolle Unterkunft. Netter Vermieter. Beste Unterkunft die wir in den letzten Jahren hatten...alles war sauber. Wohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmer ist ausreichend groß und es ist alles da was man braucht. Die Insel ist auch sehr gut von hier aus zu besuchen, man kommt überall schnell hin. Man kann frische Früchte aus dem Garten des Vermieters ernten. Köstliche Orangen, Bananen usw. Grundstück ist sicher....und man kann auch im Inneren des Grundstücks kostenlos parken.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und modern ausgestattet. Sie hat ein großes Bad und eine überdachte Terrasse, was bei Regen besonders nützlich ist. Die Wohnung wird jeden Tag gereinigt. Dabei werden benutzte Handtücher ausgetauscht. Ein Kühlschrank und Möglichkeiten zum Kochen sind vorhanden. Es gibt eine Kaffeemaschine und einen Wasserkocher für Tee. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen hilfsbereit und freundlich. Kleiner Wermutstropfen war lediglich die nahegelegene Autobahn, die doch recht deutlich zu hören ist.

Magnifique séjour dans une villa 5 étoiles

Quinta de Santa Clara vaut assurément 10/10! Le confort de la villa, les installations ( propres et pratiques), la sympathie du personnel ( en particulier Paulo Roberto), la sécurité que l’on ressent sur le site, bref, tout y est! Notre séjour à Sao Miguel dans les Acores a été plus que parfait et c’est en bonne partie grâce à cette Villa :)
