We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment during the visit to Azores. Location is great and apartment is spacious. Easy to find parking everyday. Overall it was a great experience.

Apartment was overall good with lots of space . It is in need of updating in certain areas ie bathrooms etc . The location is not in the greatest area which was misleading according to the listing .

This apartment is a little outside the main Ponta Delgada city center area in what seemed to be a more blue-collar area. It's still a short walk to the water, but a bit further to the majority of the shops and restaurants. That being said, the description was accurate and the apartment was clean and air conditioned.
