My wife had an injury which hampered her mobility and everyone from breakfast staff to front desk went out of their way to make our stay easier. They turned a bad situation into a positive experience. Can’t say enough about everyone’s kindness "

Bogdan, con la sua energia e disponibilità, Daniel, con la sua gentilezza e premura, e Christos, con il suo spirito positivo e autentico... ognuno di loro ci ha lasciato qualcosa nel cuore. "quality of the in-house dining experience doesn't match the profile of the hotel. The facility keeps a very high level and are at the top in the area. but considering the normal high quality of the Italian dining experience, this hotel consistently underperform unfortunately. I still would recommend staying here since there are several really nice alternatives outside the hotel."
