"De tegels van het terras rond het zwembad liggen allemaal los en er groeide heel veel gras tussen. Na communicatie met de eigenaar is de tuinman dit gras wel komen opkuisen. De tegels liggen er nog altijd los bij. De afdekking van het zwembad is aan vernieuwing toe want er ontbreken zelfs vijzen ..."
