Staff friendly and helpful, however standard of cleaning was very poor. Fans very dusty, limescale in shower. Markings on floor. Hob top was damaged and taped up. Lack of washing up liquid or dishwasher tablets for in room dishwasher. Unfortunate as the location is great and the property has so much potential.

Lovely hotel, shower was amazing, location was perfect, unfortunately the Michelin star restaurant was closed for 2 weeks as it was holiday season so we couldn’t dine in the hotel, only criticism I have is that it would of been nice to use the sauna area but you couldn’t unless you booked a massage which I feel is disappointing if you are a guest at the hotel.
All the staff were excellent but the English chap from Bedford 😊 was outstanding, he was so incredibly helpful and polite, he is definitely in the right job!
