Apartment 'La Piudana Como Lake' with Mountain View and Balcony

Located in Ponna Superiore in the Val d'Intelvi, this 110 m² apartment overlooks Lake Como and accommodates up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. You’ll have access to a fully equipped shared kitchen and a living room with TV and DVD player for your entertainment. The bathroom is newly renovated, and the double bedrooms are bright and spacious with woodland views. Families will find children’s games, a cot, and a high chair available on request.



Relax on your private balcony and enjoy panoramic views of Monte Generoso and the surrounding woods. The natural setting offers peace and fresh mountain air. Cyclists can safely store their bikes.



Street parking is just a few meters from the property. Self check-in makes your arrival easy. Please sort your waste using the bins provided and take it to the local collection point, a few meters from the house, at the end of your stay. Pets are not allowed due to allergies. Events and smoking inside are not permitted.



The apartment is conveniently located at the entrance to the village, on the main road. An ATM and bus stop are just 50 meters away. Monte Tellero, with a football field and event area, is a 20-30 minute walk. Many hiking and biking trails are within a short drive. Ponna is halfway between Como and Lugano, and top attractions like Lanzo d’Intelvi with Sighignola, Porlezza, Menaggio, Argegno, and Schignano are easily accessible.
