"When we arrived the room was hot as a sauna. The ac was blowing hot air. We let the front desk know and ten minutes later the young maintenance man was there and he completely replaced the unit in no time at all. We had cold air. The young maintenance man was so friendly and spoke to us every time we saw him during our stay."

"Traveled with family in a kids suite. The ocean view and extra space of the bunk beds and sofa bed were perfect for our 5. The water pressure was hit or miss, but otherwise the bathroom and toiletries were good. Literally just steps to the sand and ocean and the pool was nice as well. Bar with a good selection. Free donuts for breakfast were a hit with the kids. The best part of the stay was 1000% the staff. At every level from check in, housekeeping, maintenance, everyone we encountered was so nice and helpful. Would highly recommend this location and will most likely be back to stay again!"

"The location was great. The restaurants and overall hotel made us have a wonderful weekend. Loved the balcony where we could get some of the ocean breeze. The only thing that was Laking was the tub area had some mold. I wasn't impressed with the maid service."
