"Upon arriving at the property, we found workers hammering, painting, and frequently opening doors due to ongoing renovations. At one point, a worker nearly entered our unit, mistaking it for another townhome. Unfortunately, the units were in terrible condition, with hair on the bedding, stains on the couch, bugs on the floor, toenail clippings, threadbare sheets, and inadequate linens for our family.Additionally, heavy machinery was on the beach dredging the sand, completely roping off access to...
