"got to hotel and owner said I did not reserve a non smoking room. he said the offer was for smoking only. I have asthma so I would never reserve a smoking room. then when I asked to get the non smoking room, he was going to add extra charges for non smoking room. I let him know He told me to leave. I would never stay at this facility because of how he handled this. Not acceptable at all."
