Very friendly staff. Room was clean. Very simple with few amenities. Bathroom fixtures were clean but dated/damaged. Bed was firm, and extra pillows are available from the desk. But the room met our needs for the night.

Amazing staff extremely helpful and catered to our needs. The room was fantastic and the bed was absolutely the best stayed at one of the mariott hotels in enid the beds were fluffy looking but alammed to the box/base boards stiff hard to sleep. Here though the bed was soft comfy and cozy. That along with the friendly and helpful staff made the stay that much more cozy would recommend to anyone and ill be staying again.

Very dirty. Non smoking room was very smoked in (had an ashtray on the dresser). Dirty boxer shorts behind the bathroom door. Torn/frayed towels. Several animals in the lobby and free to roam.

The bed was fine. The hairdryer didn't work, and the tiny TV didn't work properly. I logged onto Netflix and watched about 15 minutes of a movie and it just started buffering. I guess their Internet is not good enough to support streaming services. Also, there was never anyone at the front desk. Not that that bothered me, it just seemed weird. Maybe they should spend more money on updating the rooms instead of updating the lobby.

The gentleman that checked me in was kind and reassuring that if I parked up front my vehicle would be safe because he installed cameras a year before. Which my van was great when I left. I couldn’t really tell when I pulled up where to go into building. The lobby is under construction but the shape of my room had some issues. The bed slept great and that’s what I needed. But if Super 8 is truly being refurbished it should be shut down until they have rooms that the furniture isn’t torn or extremely dirty to the point you don’t want to sit on it. I paid thru Expedia so I would not get my money back if I left so I reluctantly stayed. Expedia Shame on you this motel should not have been included on choices after looking at all the reviews that are extremely worse than mine. My fault for not checking reviews before I purchased but traveling alone is hard to look and drive. I have pics if wanted.

Arrived to check in. Hotel didn't have any keys for the room. The air-conditioning in the room was not working. Must have been at least 90. Hotel demanded $20 in cash to check in. Hotel wouldn't give refund, Expedia wouldn't give refund. Employee gave $40 of his personal money because he was honorable man.

We were not able to stay , I am handicapped and reserved accordingly, got there and they did not have accommodations and they would not reimburse me for the 3 nights we paid for even though they were full, so they were paid twice for the same room,,, shame on them

The room had no garbage can. Linens were worn. Towels were thread bare. Television was leaned against the wall, not installed. Holes in the wall. Very dirty carpet. A homeless person was panhandling and appeared to be living on the premises. A very terrible experience.

Desk was left unattended upon arrival. Our restroom had used towels that were still wet & obviously recently used. I stayed for one night only. A bit after midnight, I received notifications of my card trying to be used for 3 separate transactions in this establishment. NOT COOL.
