"The staff is awesome! The property is adequate, but for the price in the area it is in, is surprisingly affordable. The Restaurant next door is incredibly affordable, and excellent food. Think NYC pizza from Sicilians, without the high cost. I will stay here again. The comp coffee in the AM was a nice treat!"

"My mom died so I booked the room for my Dad. A week before arrival his dad died so we called the desk and they said manager Carol will cancel since your within cancellation period and I just needed to call hotels.com. When they called she denied approval and refused to cancel or call me back after calling multiple times until Friday at 4pm before arrival. One time a receptionist even checked her office to let me know she was there and I was still sent to voicemail. I decided to make the trip instead of loosing out all the money and I'm glad I didn't send my Dad. Questionable cleanliness and management for SURE. Lots of dirt in the corners and black hairs all over the bathroom (I have blonde hair). The sink was falling apart and the staff didn't clean the soap scum off the bottles on the wall. Not what I expected after booking such an expensive oceanfront room at a resort but should have guessed considering the manager.... yikes ! "

"Nice location, quiet neighborhood, close to everything. Enjoyed watching the fish/dolphins in the water and the wildlife. Tiki hut was inviting but couldn’t sit under it if it rained, it leaked and the cushions got all wet. Several issues though: Issues with pool: skimmer and heating system were not working and were never fixed. Ice maker and water on door of fridge not wkg. Main sewer line backed up both toilets, shower and tub, and no we didn’t put anything but toilet paper in it. Sink in MBR backed up every day. Stove top control knob lettering missing. Steps leading to dock are uneven and a hazard and no railings. Several deck & pool chairs were old and dry rotted and ripped when sat on. Large screw sticking out of dock concrete is a tripping hazard. Some of wall décor is inappropriate for children, the floors were not clean, we cleaned them as best week could, lots of dust under the beds. I had to buy flatware to have enough forks and knives. We had to walk thru 4th bedroom to get to pool. House address number on front lawn is broken. No instructions for trash and recycling pickup.In summary, with all the issues we do not feel it was worth what we paid for it, it should have been pristine, and it wasn’t."
