Pompano Beach Aquatics Center Tours and Activities

The AC was not working. The first night was too late (arrived late) and couldn’t register a complaint. Sleep was bad due to the room temperature and non-functional AC during a Miami summer night. Had meetings during the next day and the maintenance engineering staff was gone for the day, making it too late to fix the AC for the second night as well. Hot room temperature continued for a second night in a row. All they did for me was waive one night resort fee of $34! Would unfortunately not stay at this place again.

I had a wonderful stay at Aloft Miami – Brickell. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located, but what really stood out was the front desk staff. Everyone I interacted with was incredibly helpful, welcoming, and professional. They went above and beyond to assist with my questions and requests, always doing so with a friendly attitude and genuine willingness to help. Their customer service made a stressful travel situation much easier and truly made me feel taken care of. It’s clear that the front desk team understands the importance of creating a positive guest experience. Their kindness and professionalism did not go unnoticed. I would definitely stay at Aloft Miami – Brickell again and highly recommend it, especially because of the wonderful staff!
