"It’s a Wellness and Spa Hotel and I failed to make an appointment for the Services. My room wasn’t cleaned during my stay and it’s inconvenient for elderly to walk up the stairs to the upper rooms. Faraway from everything to site see and shopping."

"This hotel claims that the staff speak English and Geeman. The lady who welcomed us in the reception spoke English and German, one lady in the restaurant spoke German - but the others we met seemed to panic by the language challenge. Our room was huge, had a comfortable bed (but strange pillows) and a big balcony (sad view apart from the beautiful sunset). Toilet and bathroom were seperated: the toilet was in the smallest room possible, without sink or hand sanitizer. The bathroom was big, nice...

We had requested one large bed instead of two singles, but still ended up with two separate beds; fortunately, we were able to push them together. "Fantastisk sted med virkeligt søde mennesker og lækker mad og et helt utroligt smukt værelse. Meget hjælpsomhed og hygge. Der var lidt varmt på hemsen på værelset, hvilket udfordrede os lidt om natten, men det gik okay. Alt andet var helt i top <3 Vi blev to nætter selvom vi kun havde planlagt en enkelt. "
