"The property is beautiful and looks exactly like the photos, but there were several issues during our stay.On the first day, there was no hot water at all. On the second day, the water pressure was extremely low—just a trickle from the shower head—which made it very difficult to rinse off soap. My impression is that the water heating system may not be adequately sized for the property. It’s also worth noting that this is not a standalone house. It appears to be a duplex with a shared wall, and we...

"Everything was just perfect! Communication from the very beginning with Ingrid was informative and reply’s were quick. On arrival Ingrid had a taxi waiting to take us to the Villa where Ingrid and Olivier were waiting to greet us. They were very polite and showed us around their beautiful Villa which was very clean and tidy. Ingrid gave us lots of advice on what to do, where to go and places to eat in Bora Bora. "We had an amazing time here. We stayed for half a month & it was a fantastic time. They were so fast to respond to anything we needed or asked. A week into our stay the washer broke down. They had maintenance out within a day & a new washer just within a couple of days. They also got us extra towels in the meantime until we could do a load of towels! They were great about communicating overall. It was a great spot to stay, right by one of the pools, & by the ocean. We loved our stay!"

Aston Kaanapali Shores

Aston Kaanapali Shores

8/10 Good
"The photos on site for the rooms do not give this place justice. I was definitely taken back at how much bigger the rooms were. May hire a photographer. My only other complaint was just the deposit amount could have been less. Oh I also think the daily charging fee for parking for guest wo are staying for a week was ridiculous. Other then those 2 things fantastic place."
