Accessing the property through a private entrance, you arrive at a conveniently located parking area. A couple of steps lead to a cozy covered terrace that welcomes you to the main villa door. Upon opening the main door, you enter a spacious and bright living-dining room, which harmoniously combines traditional details, such as stone walls and a wooden beam ceiling, with a modern and elegant decoration. The living room has been carefully furnished with comfortable sofas, a dining table with contemporary chairs, and a breakfast bar that connects to the kitchen, which is completely new and well-equipped, offering everything necessary to prepare delicious meals.

From the living room, an arch leads to two rooms: a double bedroom and a double bedroom with twin beds, both decorated with a modern and functional style, creating a relaxing atmosphere.
