Thanks to its central location, you can explore on foot: many restaurants, bars, and cafés are within a 5-minute walk, and the nearest shops are just 4 minutes away. The closest beach is about 15 minutes by car (8 km), while Palma’s center and the airport are approximately 50 minutes by car (60 km).



Free parking is available about 2 minutes’ walk from the property. Pets are not allowed.

Air conditioning is metered only in the bedrooms; there is no meter in the living room.

All guests over 18 must send a photo ID and sign contract documents before arrival. This is mandatory.

The tourist tax must be paid and left in the house before departure.
