The cozy house "La Sastreria" is located in the winding old town of Pollença and offers a beautiful private terrace with views of the village and the surrounding countryside. The air-conditioned house is spread over two floors and features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms, accommodating up to 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, air conditioning, washing machine, and satellite TV. The accommodation is child-friendly, and a cot and high chair can be provided upon request.



The spacious, open private terrace with seating and an outdoor shower invites you to start the day with a good breakfast or enjoy the afternoon sun with a delicious dinner. The central location of the house is perfect for exploring on foot, as numerous restaurants, bars, and cafés are less than a 5-minute walk away, and the nearest shops are just 4 minutes away on foot. The nearest beach is about 15 minutes away by car (8 km), while the center of Palma and the airport are approximately 50 minutes away by car (60 km).



Parking is available in a garage. Pets are not allowed.



IMPORTANT:

You must inform the owner if you bring bicycles.

Air conditioning meters are only available in the bedrooms; there is no meter in the living room.

Guests over 18 years old must send a photo passport and sign personal data and contract documents before arrival. This is mandatory.

The tourist tax must be paid and the corresponding amount left in the house before check-out.
