Vacation Apartment Talaia 1A with Balcony, Wi-Fi, Garden & Terrace

The 70m² vacation apartment Talaia 1A is located in Puerto de Pollensa, a small town in northern Majorca. The apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 4 people. The apartment also features Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a television, a DVD player, and a washing machine. Children are allowed and a baby bed and a highchair are available (upon request).

Guests can enjoy the view from the balcony and relax outdoors in the furnished garden or sun in the private covered terrace.

The apartment is located behind Catalina block, just 20 meters from Pine Walk beach and just a 4 to 5 minute (1.5 to 2 km) drive from a variety of restaurants, bars, cafes, and shopping venues clustered along Pollensa Bay. The apartment is also just a 1 to 8 minute (400 m to 4.5 km) drive from the beautiful Platja d'Albercutx and Playa del Port de Pollensa beaches. Guests can experience the natural beauty of the region in the Vall de Boqer or the Cala Sant Vicenc hiking areas just a 2 to 11 minute (650 m to 9 km) drive from the chalet. Golf enthusiasts will enjoy the scenic Pollensa Golf Club just a 14 minute (11.5 km) drive from the chalet. The Puerto Pollensa area offers many cycling routes that wind through the stunning mountain and coastal landscape. Palma de Mallorca Airport is a 51 minute (68 km) drive from the chalet.

Great apartment. Great location.

Good size apartment for 4 people. Welcoming, clean and good level of equipment inside. Brilliant location only a stone throw from the promenade and beach. Communication with owner was spot on.
