- The Villa Can Tomi traditional construction, fully enclosed large private parking, is situated in one of the quietest areas of Pollensa. It is located in the middle of the term of Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa about 3 kms. Its privileged situation makes that is a few minutes from the beach, supermarket, Golf Pollensa, Cala San Vicente, Alcudia and about 6 km from Formentor.
The property comprises fully equipped kitchen with: refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven, stove, toaster, sandwich ... laundry with washing machine and ironing board, room with fireplace, satellite TV, wifi. 2 air conditioning, 2 bathrooms with shower and a loft with a sofa bed.
Outdoors: awesome views of the Sierra de Tramuntana, Puig de Maria of Pollensa, land with native trees, gardens, open and covered terraces, barbecue with a large table, chairs and make it the perfect place to enjoy the tranquility of this wonderful island.
