  • Modern Townhouse situated in the centre of Pollença, close to the Marketplace. On the first floor the house has a sitting room, a well equipped kitchen which leads to to the spacious terrace.

    On the second floor there are three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is a spacious balcony to sunbathe and enjoy the beautiful views over Pollensa Town.

    The Plaza Mayor is within short walking distance. There is a small village shop just around the corner where you can buy fresh bread, fruits and other provisions.

    Its a 10-15 minute drive by car to the beaches of the Bay of Pollensa.
