This traditional Mallorcan style house is located in a quiet area in the countryside, yet a short drive to the beaches of Puerto Pollensa. The open plan living/dining area has a TV and DVD player, there is also Wifi in the villa. The kitchen is well equipped with a washing machine and microwave. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one double and one twin and there is one single bedroom downstairs. The double and twin have air conditioning. There is a modern bathroom with walk in shower upstairs and downstairs there is a shower room too. Outside there is ample space to relax with covered terraces, barbecue area and dining table and chairs and a large green lawned area. The swimming pool, with roman steps, is surrounded by shrubs and hedges. A perfect spot to enjoy the beautiful Mallorcan summer.

The Villa was in an excellent location and was relatively well equipped. The service from Nord Villas and Vanessa was excellent from the first enquiry right through the whole process. The gardens were exceptional. The pool was fantastic and had a great holiday Everything was as expected right from our first enquiry

Wunderschönes Haus im Umland von Pollensa

Das Haus hat eine absolut ruhige, nur durch schmale Fahrwege erreichbare Lage im Hinterland von Pollensa. Das ganze Anwesen wird von Gärtnerhand sehr gepflegt. Der Garten ist blumenreich angelegt, der private Pool neben einer großen Palme lädt zur Entspannung ein. Liegen stehen auf der grünen Wiese bereit. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist ländlich rustikal. Im Obergeschoss befinden sich zwei komfortable klimatisierte Schlafzimmer. Es besteht außerdem überall die Möglichkeit der Querlüftung. Alle Fenster besitzen stabile Fensterläden. Die Küche hat eine umfassende Geräteausstattung, Geschirr und Gläser sind in großer Zahl verfügbar, große Esstische gibt es im Haus wie auf der Terrasse. Die gute Betreuung durch NordVillas beginnt bereits vor der Reise und ist während des Aufenthalts sehr diskret. Der Seiteneingang von der Veranda im Erdgeschoss entspricht nicht dem Sicherheitsstandard einer Hauseingangstüre. Das "klapperige" Modell sollte unbedingt ausgetauscht werden! Vorher kann das kleine Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss nicht empfohlen werden.

Très charmante villa traditionnelle

Nous avons passé neuf nuits dans cette très belle villa avec beaucoup de charme et un très beau jardin bien entretenu. La villa est spacieuse et possède plusieurs terrasses, notamment une à l'opposé de la piscine, ce qui est un avantage pour éviter les nombreux moustiques. Le seul bémol de cette maison est que le rez de chaussé est relativement sombre.

The pool & gardens are magnificent. The house is delightful, spacious, clean & very comfortable for four people. The owners were very responsive & helpful with the one minor problem we had & resolved it quickly. Highly recommended.
