A living room with a well-equipped kitchen with adjoining large dining area, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms are arranged over 2 floors. Facilities of this typical Majorcan house also include Wi-Fi, a high chair, a cot, A/C and heating in all rooms and a parking area. The pleasant inner courtyard with Mediterranean plants, garden furniture a barbecue and an additional covered kitchen invites you to relax. Enjoy the top location, rent bicycles and watch the sunrise over the sea. You can reach the little town of Port de Pollença with its restaurants and shops as well as the fine sandy beach in just 3 minutes by car.
