We are pleased to offer you this three-bedroom apartment recently renovated with great taste, and located in the heart of the coastal area of Cala San Vicente. This property enjoys a wonderful location, with fantastic sandy beaches just 150 meters away.

Upon entering the apartment we find a spacious living room and an open, modern and fully equipped kitchen. Sliding glass doors give access to the balcony terrace, which offers stunning views of the beautiful mountains, and from where you can even see the sea. The rest area consists of a double room and two double rooms. The double room has a private bathroom with a shower, while the two double rooms share another bathroom with a shower.There is also a small room where the washing machine is located.

The apartment is spacious and bright. It is decorated with modern touches and has spectacular views of the beautiful Cavall Bernat mountain range. In addition, the house is equipped with air conditioning in both the bedrooms and the living room. All these attributes make Guillem a charming apartment ideal for couples or families with children.
