Cozy and quiet villa, 1.5 km walking distance to the town
- Villa Ca'n Vilanova, is located only 1.5 km from the town of Pollensa, easily accessible on foot. Its situation is very quiet since it is at the end of a small road. The house is rustic Mallorcan style with white walls and terrazo floors, consists of a living room with open kitchen and equipped with sofas, satellite TV, DVD, table and chairs, with all the comforts for a family holiday.
The kitchen also has all the basic utensils, dishwasher and washing machine.
They complete their facilities, a bedroom with a large double bed and a double bedroom with 2 single beds.The bathroom is fully equiped with a countertop wash basin, bidet, wc, and bathtub.
Outside there is a covered terrace to enjoy an outdoor dinner, barbecue and a large 8 x 4 meter pool equipped with sunbeds.
Next to the pool there is a garden area, with grass and native plants.
