About this property
Can Simone - House in old town pollensa few steps to center and nice views
- This is a 2bedroom, two bathroom, beautifully designed villa, a sparkling gem set in the heart of Pollenca, and looks out over the pan-tiled roofs of the old town and the wooded hillsides all around. A private walkway leads to the villa from one of the town's picturesque narrow streets. This is a truly amazing villa with modern design in a traditional setting. In one side of the villa there is a covered terrace with a stone barbecue, a table-tennis table and lots of outdoor furniture and a heated outdoor hot-tub Jacuzzi.
This area is a lovely place to eat outside throughout the year. Several steps up from the pool area lead to the beautiful lounge and dining room, with white walls and stone pillars and arches. There are comfortable corner sofas here and the latest entertainment systems. Huge windows from the lounge look down over the pool and to the town of Pollenca and the hills beyond.
The house offers one big bedroom with a big doble bed and ensuite bathroom. amd the second bedroom two twins beds.
Linen's changed once per week as well as a midweek towel change and light clean.
