Villa Venzala Petit is a sweet 2-bedroom property with a private pool perfectly situated in the La Font area, between Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa. The La Font area is known throughout the island for being one of the most exclusive neighbourhoods, perfectly located between the city and the sea and offering a unique atmosphere: elegant and close to amenities. In this beautiful setting, Villa Venzala Petit among the green hills: surrounded by spacious private gardens, equipped with a private pool and air-conditioned interiors, is the perfect holiday home for a couple or a small family seeking privacy along with a true Mallorcan feeling. The sandy beaches of Cala San Vicente and Puerto Pollensa are just a few minutes by car, as well as the historic centre of Pollensa, perfect for dinner.



Inside, the villa is situated on a single floor and features large shaded terraces and pergolas perfect for outdoor dining. The interiors have been carefully furnished with a mix of old and new pieces to provide all the comforts of a modern holiday with a touch of personality. There is a large living room with an adjacent dining room, a fully equipped independent kitchen, 1 double bedroom and 1 cosy room with 2 single beds and 2 shower bathrooms.



If the interiors of Villa Venzala Petit are nice, the outdoor areas of the property are incredible. The villa is surrounded by spacious gardens with lawn, pergolas, local trees and shrubs. The large private pool and access is through Roman Stairs. Four comfortable sun loungers and umbrellas are at your disposal (the beautiful garden trees offer additional shade). For barbecue lovers, there is a barbecue and pleasant outdoor spaces furnished with a fantastic terrace and a charming pergola.



Free air conditioning from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Important information to keep in mind:



In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.



On the check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of 150 € will be applied for waste management.



The guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of 26 October) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), therefore close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.
