Villa Tirana

This recently restored single-story house is located in a peaceful setting in the Mallorcan countryside.

The house is accessed via a private unpaved road. The front door leads directly into the living room, which is furnished with two comfortable sofas, a coffee table, and satellite TV. The dining room is separate from the living room and has a table and chairs for six. The spacious and attractive modern kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, ceramic hob, electric oven, and other kitchenware necessary for this type of vacation rental.

Both the dining room and the kitchen have access to the outdoors; specifically, to a beautiful covered terrace from which you can admire the beautiful valley in the area.

As for the bedrooms, there are a total of three: one double and two twins. They all share two new bathrooms with bathtubs.

The house's private exterior is surrounded by fields planted with fruit trees typical of the island. Villa Tirana is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday in a truly Mediterranean setting.
