  • The villa is located in a privileged environment, with wonderful views of the mountains. It is near the beautiful town of Pollença, and near the beaches of the bay of Pollença.
    The villa has two spacious rooms. A room with two single beds, 0.90x2 meters, and a huge built-in wardrobe, has doors that give access to the outside. Next door has the first bathroom. The bathrooms are made of travertine marble. The first bathroom has a shower. The second bedroom has a double bed, 1,80x 2 meters, and en suite bathroom with shower. The living / dining room, is cozy, furnished with modern furniture, and a comfortable sofa.The villa has a magnificent kitchen, with central island, fully equipped, which gives access to the covered terrace, ideal for eating, reading, resting etc. ..
    The exterior of the villa consists of a beautiful and well-kept garden, swimming pool with Roman steps, covered area, with ping-pong table, and barbecue.
    Ideal for people looking for tranquility and nature.
