Aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones y estufa de pellet para el invierno. Un lugar para disfrutar en compañia, asi como para teletrabajar rodeado de buenas vistas y naturaleza.
La villa consta de 2 plantas. En la planta baja hay 2 habitaciones con 4 camas individuales, 1 baño con ducha, cocina totalmente equipada con vistas al jardin y la piscina, asi como una zona de comedor y un cómodo living con TV y vistas al jardin.
En la planta superior se encuentra 1 dormitorio con cama doble y baño ensuite. Aire acondicionado frio/calor en todas las habitaciones, estufa de pellet en la zona comedor.

Wir verbrachten eine erholsame Woche in der Finca. Es waren abgenutzte Pfannen vorhanden, die nach Reklamation am nächsten Tag gegen neue Pfannen ausgetauscht wurden. Die Nähe zum Strand und zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist als positiv zu betrachten.
