Located on the outskirts of Pollensa Old Town, we find Villa Maria, a charming and quaint property away from the hustle and bustle, yet still walking distance to the centre of the resort. Although this is a car-optional villa, the surrounding resorts of Cala San Vicente and Alcudia are all just a short car ride away. Pollensa, with its cobbled back streets, medieval architecture and local tapas bars, is a must-see for those wanting an authentic experience. 
Alternatively, the villa comes with a brick-built BBQ, allowing you to cook up a feast of local produce. Why not try some spicy chorizo or fry up some patatas bravas on the hot coals? Pull up a sun lounger next to your very own private pool, surrounded by an evergreen lawn whilst boasting views of the stunning Tramuntana Mountains. Inside, the villa is homely with soft furnishings and neutral colours throughout. With three cosy bedrooms, this villa is ideal for up to six guests.

Mobility statement - To access the villa there is a path which is 80cm wide. The front door has a width of 82cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 110cm wide. The terrace is flat and a mixture of tiles and lawn. There is one step up into the pool, then a ladder to access the water. This is a ground-floor property where all bedrooms and bathroom doors are 75cm wide.
