Located just 150 meters from the beach and less than 3 minutes walk from the city center.
It has three bedrooms, a communal pool and a private garden with barbecue.

We had a fabulous week staying here, a well set up space with everything you could need and more. Quiet area, a sizeable pool and a few minutes walk from the Pine walk and marina.
We had a fantastic time staying at this apartment. It is very well located about 10 minutes walk to the beach. It has its own private garden at the front which we very much enjoyed. The town has a great atmosphere with lots of restaurants and bars.
We liked the location on a quiet street, the pool was great, and just 2 blocks away is the beach and many restaurants. It was very convenient for us. The condo had everything we needed for cooking, the air conditioning was good, and the beds are comfortable. I would suggest that nicer towels and linens would upgrade the experience and some blankets would be nice.
Very well equipped and spacious property in a great location, down a quiet street but easy walk to centre of the resort

Simply wonderful!
Lovely location with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Shops, restaurants and beach all within leisurely 10 minute walk. Good pool with room to relax next to. Balconys are a really nice touch, lots of tv channels and so much space! No complaints at all.

On arrival we were greeted by noisy neighbours, a workman hammering in the upstairs flat, mosquitos in the apartment, no cleaning or washing up products, lounge furniture which was not as advertised and shabby, broken and uncomfortable. The photos also appeared to show a bright and cheerful living area. It's actually dark and dismal and needs lights on during the day. The pool is bordered by car parks, a steep bank and the rear of the building. Not a pleasant place to sit. Our first reaction was that we didn't want to stay there.We did stay and found the building noisy and the apartment uncomfortable. We were frequently disturbed at night as well as during the day.The apartment is in a convenient location, which is quiet generally. There's a good selection of cooking equipment and crockery etc. All the appliances are in good working order. The ensuite shower flooded the bathroom on first use due to the hair trap not being cleaned. A horrible job which we shouldn't have had to do.We did not look forward to returning after a day out. A disappointing and bad choice for us.
This was the perfect rental to spend time close to the beach with little children. The beach is a short walk away and the pool is next to the property but it isn't a hazard for small children as there are 2 doors with keys as barriers.
The owner is helpful; he came promptly when we locked ourselves out of the apartment.
The apartment was just as described with loads of space and good facilities. Communication with the owner was excellent and the location just as we had hoped being close to the beach and the port town.
Lovely house with everything you need. Communication with owner was great and was given all the information we needed. Lovely quiet road and only five minutes walk to Pine Walk. Could easily park. Although it’s a shared pool, we were the only people ever using it. Would definitely stay here again

Great holiday in Beautifull place
Lovely clean & spacious property with shared pool & sandy beach 5 minutes walk away. Port de Pollenca is a beautifull place with lots of lovely restaurants all within 15 minute walk from property. Nearby lots to see & do we visited waterpark in Alcudia for kids which they loved & also visited Cap de Formentor amazing views up a mountain, Pollenca market on sundays and the towns of Alcudia & Palma all worth a visit. Overall fantastic holiday great apartment, weather lovely & lots of different things to do.

Lovely apartment close to the beach and all shops
Great facilities on the whole and close to everything. One suggestion for improvement would be to update the mattresses which are a bit thin, but that's not really a reason not to come. Juan Antonio (owner) is a lovely chap and stayed in touch throughout our stay. Highly recommended !
