"When we arrived at our cabin, we saw that the oven and stove were out of service. There was no communication for this and kinda threw off all of our meal prep. The inside was pretty clean. The lake view was ok. But I am upset at the lack of communication especially because the kitchen is advertised in the listing."

I've been to 2 motels that did things this way and the Both, including this one, had issues with room assignment. With the first one, another guest had tge same room number and code and tried to enter my room. With this one I was the guest trying to enter another's room.
