"Disappointing first opinion. Overgrown garden, particularly the banana palms alongside the villa completely shades the pool area in November, but i suspect this wouldn't have been an issue earlier in the year, or if the palms had been trimmed. We had to carryout one or two other general repairs on arrival. "As a family of 4 we had an amazing stay. The owner Tania couldn’t do enough for us and easy to contact. The villa is one of the best equipped villa we have stayed at including all the essentials when you arrive. Dont even need to take beach towels. Whilst remote just 20 mins away you are in paphos and beaches. Suited us the quiet life and yet you could get to plenty of activities close by! Loved it!"

"The villa is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac with incredible views over Paphos and the sea. There was always a nice breeze because of its site above Paphos which was great in the heat. Lovely pool area and the villa has everything you need for your stay. Loved walking to Hunters Tavern for a warm welcome and a drink. I’d recommend a car to get about but you can get a taxi easily or a bus if you walk five minutes. We had a great stay and would recommend it."

"We have just returned from celebrating our nieces wedding at Coral Bay. We chose the villa for the location, which has been perfect for us. A lovely 15min walk into coral bay for bars and restaurants. Legends bar is literally a two minute walk away, food and live music was really good. "Hosts were very helpful and attentive from booking, answering all questions, responses during our stay and arranging transport to and from the villa. Access to and around the villa is a challenge for those with mobility issues, especially the stairs down to the lounge that have no handrails. "We loved the size and location of the property. When we arrived the property was clean and the host had left us a welcome pack of food and drink in the fridge.
