Donna Carla is a seafront third floor apartment, located in a building with a lift. It includes a private garage on the ground floor to comfortly park a car and a shared panoramic terrace on the fourth floor. The accommodation is located in the city-center of Polignano a Mare, about 100 m from the statue of Domenico Modugno, 200 m from Cala Paura beach and 450 m from the downtown and from the famous Lama Monachile beach. The house can accommodate up to 5 people and it is equipped with A/C and fiber Wi-Fi.

Donna Carla is a seafront third floor apartment, equipped with a large living room with sea view, aircon, sofa bed, table with chairs and kitchen with fridge, oven, microwave, induction plates, sink. There is also a small closed veranda with table and chairs, 2 double bedrooms with aircon, one with double bed, one with two single beds that can be set up as a double bed if needed, and a bathroom with shower and washing machine.

On the fourth floor there is a shared terrace with breathtaking views of the sea and the downtown of Polignano a Mare. It is equipped with 2 sun loungers, outdoor table and chairs, outdoor sitting area and outdoor shower.

The house has a private garage reserved for guests where comfortably park, very suitable for our guests with car, given the difficulty in finding free parking in the city-center of Polignano a Mare.



On the online Check-In form you would to digitally sign a rental contract (as provided by art. 1 comma 4, Italian Law n. 431/1998). Moreover, 48h before the Check-In there will be also the payment of the tourist tax for the municipality of Polignano a Mare, equal to 2€ per day for each person over 14, for the first 7 days.



This short term rental is managed by WePuglia Srl with a representation mandate.

To ensure a more informed travel experience, we inform you that the price you see on the booking portal includes the owner's rental fee and the cost of any additional services we provide. These amounts will be detailed in the rental agreement.

Check-In: from 4pm to 11pm (Late Check-In until 02:00pm 30€)

Check-Out: before 10am

Cautionary Deposit: 150€
