WePuglia – Appartamento GiuGio

Appartamento GiuGio is a newly built mezzanine apartment, located in the city-center of Polignano a Mare. The accomodation is about 300m from the statue of Domenico Modugno, 350m from the famous Lama Monachile beach and 400m from the downtown overlooking the sea. The house is equipped with A/C and Fiber Wi-Fi, it can accommodate up to 4 people and it is particularly recommended for those arriving in Polignano a Mare by car.

Appartamento GiuGio is composed of a living room with double sofa bed and kitchen equipped with induction plates, fridge, sink, oven, microwave, washing machine, table with chairs and a small balcony. There is also a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower and washing machine.



On the online Check-In form you would to digitally sign a rental contract (as provided by art. 1 comma 4, Italian Law n. 431/1998). Moreover, 48h before the Check-In there will be also the payment of the tourist tax for the municipality of Polignano a Mare, equal to 2€ per day for each person over 14, for the first 7 days.



This short term rental is managed by WePuglia Srl with a representation mandate.

To ensure a more informed travel experience, we inform you that the price you see on the booking portal includes the owner's rental fee and the cost of any additional services we provide. These amounts will be detailed in the rental agreement.
