Charming and peaceful villa for four people in the countryside of Polignano a Mare, in Apulia with two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
This villa accomodation in Puglia is an authentic icon of the Apulian style. The villa has been fully redefined -on the basis of the quality standards- and has been furnished in an elegant and stylish way. Torre San Martino is situated at 5 km far from Polignano’s beaches and 9 km far from of the fascinating trulli Town of Alberobello.
On the windows surrounding the Villa, it is possible to contemplate the beauty of the Apulian nature: the green coloring of our olive trees and blue sky are principal figures of a painting.
The outdoor area welcomes a patio equipped with sun chairs and outdoor dining table, guaranteeing shadowing during heat waves throughout hot summer days. Moving on we find an outdoor cooking area with BBQ, equipped with working table, allowing guests to dine in the open air, during lunches and dinners.
The villa is composed by: a kitchen situated in main part of the villa complete with cooking equipment, contain hob, fridge/freezer and oven; spacious and fully furnished living and dining area with sofa bed; two bathrooms with large walk-in shower, wash basin, bidet and wc, complete with hairdryer; a first large matrimonial bedroom with wardrobe; a second bedroom with another matrimonial bed.
Torre San Martino is perfect for families with small children whom want to take advantage of the privacy of the Villa as well as enjoy moments of peace and quiet all together surrounded by the rich Apulian vegetation, or to spend a relaxing holiday or a romantic honeymoon in the wonderful region of Puglia at any time of the year, close to the charming towns of Locorotondo, Martina Franca, Polignano a Mare and Ostuni.

Exploring Puglia with friends

Gabriella's villa is a perfect place to relax as well as explore Puglia...about 3 miles from Polignano a mare. She answered all our questions and provided lots of helpful hints for our stay. She also was kind enough to get us a few basic necessities as we had a long day of travel...and she also set up a taxi for us to have dinner in Polignano a mare the night we arrived. The villa is spotless and was so comfortable for the 4 of us. We especially enjoyed coming back after touring and relaxing on the patio, amongst the olive trees, enjoying dinners and wine. Thank you Gabriella for making our 1st trip to Puglia so wonderful. Especially loved touring Alberobello, Locorotondo, Polignano a mare, Monopoli and Lecce. We used Viator for a full day of touring with a fabulous guide, Gabriel. Puglia, we shall return!!!

Relax is style

The property is stylishly appointed in a very relaxing setting. It's remote location, but only 5 kms from the seaside town of Polignano a Mare with its great dining, bars, markets, and shopping. Gabriella is a great host and available any time to respond to your every need. Highly recommend!

Gabriella’s villa in Polignano a Mare is a beautiful, private and spotlessly clean retreat. Gabriella is lovely! Everything was in place to make this the best VRBO rental. She responded immediately to all questions and has wonderful restaurant & sightseeing suggestions. Fabulous!!

De villa was erg comfortabel en prachtig gelegen. Heerlijk om te genieten van het platteland van Puglia. Omdat de villa centraal ligt, hebben we veel van Puglia kunnen zien. Mijn partner en ik en mijn ouders hebben een fantastische tijd gehad. Dat kwam ook zeker door de enorme gastvrijheid van Gabriella. We zijn nog niet eerder een gastvrouw tegengekomen die zo betrokken en behulpzaam was. Ontzettend bedankt, Gabriella!

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt in Apulien

Wir haben zwei wunderbare Wochen in der Villa von Gabriella verbracht. Die Villa ist etwas im Hinterland von Polignano a Mare gelegen, mit dem Auto aber gut erreichbar. Für etwaige Unternehmungen ist ein eigenes Auto aber unbedingt notwendig, was für uns aber kein Problem darstellte. Durch die etwas abgelegene Lage ist man dafür nahezu ungestört. Das Haus ist modern und großzügig eingerichtet, Küche und Bäder sind in Top-Zustand, die Küche ist vollständig eingerichtet, uns hat beim Selbst Kochen nichts gefehlt, auch eine Waschmaschine steht zur Verfügung. Der Außenbereich ist absolut traumhaft mit mehreren Sitzgelegenheiten an fast allen Seiten des Hauses, einem weitläufigen Rasen sowie einem kleinen Garten mit Obst- und Olivenbäumen. Einen kompletten Tag im und ums Haus zu verbringen stellt also auch überhaupt kein Problem dar. Gabriella ist eine sehr nette Vermieterin, die uns jederzeit bei Fragen mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stand. Grazie mille! Wir können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen, auch für vier Personen ist der Platz absolut ausreichend.

Se hai bisogno di riposo , silenzio , se vuoi conoscere la vera Puglia, la sua campagna, le radici di una terra , devi soggiornare presso Torre San Martino ( Polignano). La abbagliante bellezza di Polignano , con il suo splendido mare ti guida ad esplorare vie nuove che si inerpicano verso l'interno ed è li che incontri ulivi secolari che ti danno il benvenuto così come la signora Gabriella proprietaria di Torre S.Martino, gentile e disponibile e che ti fa sentire subito a casa. La villa è dotata di ogni confort , arredata con gusto, gli spazi esterni sono ampi e curati. Consiglio questo luogo a tutti coloro che amano la natura e il bello che in essa si nasconde.
