Affittacamere Incanto nel Verde by Wonderful Italy

  • Wonderful villa with swimming pool, spa and private garden, just a few minutes from the charming village of Polignano a Mare.



    Surrounded by a garden with olive trees, the property offers its guests a perfect outdoor space to make the most of their holiday: a patio with two relaxation areas, an external kitchen with induction hob and barbecue and a large well-maintained garden. The entrance opens onto the living area consisting of a lounge with dining table, sofa and television, and a fully equipped kitchen. The sleeping area comprises three bedrooms with double bed, television and air conditioning, one of which has an en suite bathroom with shower. An additional bathroom with shower completes the layout.



    The jewel in the crown of the villa is certainly the private wellness area which includes a sauna and a hot tub, located under an external pergola.

    Known as the Pearl of the Adriatic, Polignano A Mare is a true Italian beauty. The historic centre, built on white cliffs overlooking the sea, is a maze of narrow streets, among which enchanting views and architectural beauties are hidden. Iconic is Lama Monachile beach, accessible through a road that was once the bed of a stream and which every year hosts the Red Bull Cliff Diving.

    For street food enthusiasts, the seafood sandwiches are a must, large burgers of the freshest fish seasoned with selected local products.

    For those who want to treat themselves to a luxury dinner, hidden among Polignano's caves is a top-level restaurant, Ristorante Grotta Palazzese, entirely carved into the rock and visible only from the sea.

    In the surrounding area, don't miss Alberobello with its famous trulli and the medieval village of Conversano.



    Bari airport is 50 minutes' drive away, whilst Brindisi airport is 1 hour's drive away.

Great villa

Really enjoyed our stay in this villa and would definitely recommend. Everything was super clean, comfy, with perks like an enclosed beautiful and clean jacuzzi and sauna and outdoor shower. Pool was gorgeous but a bit too cold to swim. AC and heat was very welcomed in the house and screen doors and windows were great for mosquitoes as there were a lot a night. It is a 10min drive from a grocery store and downtown Pulignano a Mare (which is charming) so you definitely need a car. It is in a gated community with a windy single lane road in the country so be prepared for that. The only thing I would advise the management on is to provide more detailed home type items like garbage cans in bathrooms and to stock the kitchen more (need cutting knives, more coffee cups, more kitchenware for cooking, starter coffee pods for nespresso machine as hard to find the right size) and to have jacuzzi heated for guest arrival as it took a few days to heat up for us. But these are minor details but it would have made it absolutely 5 stars. Overall it was a great villa thoughtfully designed with beautiful gardens and old olive trees. Would definitely recommend and the photo on the listing are spot on.
