"Excellent experience with very lovely hotel staff. The family running the show made every effort to make our stay unforgettable and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. They were very warm and friendly and offered great recommendations for things to do around the area. The view from this hotel is one of the best views I have ever seen and the pool was in pristine condition. Location is great being so close to one of the famous beaches. Food options nearby are a bit limited but the hotel has a great restaurant with tasty options. The only thing that could be better was including AC in the room charge as we could not use our AC without paying an additional fee, which is something we didn't initially know."

"Even I stay in this hotel in low season but still pretty noisy. Couple of guests still talking in the balcony at 2am. And , in the morning, children play ground is near so I can heard shouting and laughing before 8 am. "

"Great views - breakfast good. Smell of mold that cannot be improved. Bathroom lacks ventilation (no fan), therefore mold buildup. Needs dehumidifier. Bad smell coming from pipes as well. Opened windows for hours, had maintenance pour drain liquid - nothing helped. Pungent smell of mold. Informed front desk employees. No response from management. Was neither upgraded or moved to another room. I have been diamond or platinum at club accor for the past 10 years. No hotel room has ever smelled as bad as 113 at white Rock. Management did not care and will probably write a 'oh so sorry' response without addressing the problem. Solution would be: The bathrooms need to have fans installed and a plumber needs to flush the pipes. And inspect room for mold (there are advanced tools for that in the US). My recommendation: go elsewhere."
