"Very helpful and polite staff. Everything was clean, there were a few areas where age was beginning to show but was not a problem. Good breakfast. I will say that the people that designed this motel must have been thinking in terms of 5 year old kids when they ordered toilets. They are way too low for adults and when you get to be 85 like I am, getting up from low positions sometimes presents a challenge."

"i'd like to recognize Lawrence at the breakfast time. Although we did not partake of any of the food because we had our own, he was very accommodating, personable, and very welcoming. The biggest sushi we had there is the first room we were given was not made up so they sent us to another one which was fine… And then 4:30 in the morning the telephone went off with a message, which was not able to attain. When I went to the front desk and asked about it, she said… Oh yeah all of the messages go on at 4:30 AM because we have a problem since they changed out the TV system. The telephone company will be coming soon to fix it. Not helpful as it woke us up."

"NEVER got the code from the house host. Was it n the phone with VRBO supervisor for almost 2 hours. Trying to get in touch with the host and find other accommodations for my family traveling to Virginia for a funeral. The only experience was Horrible. The manager was hard to understand due to language barrier. Only to be told I would receive a refund within 5 to 7 days after reservation was cancelled. That was not acceptable due to we needed that money to get other accommodations. The supervisor tried to find other accommodations but not successful and the task was left up to me and my exhausted family after 10 hours of travel.To compensate my family and I was only given a 200 credit to be used within 3 months. Don't plan on traveling again that soon. So our stay was NOT."
